[Resolved] Dish TV — parental lock password

Respected sir,

Please help me i, m subscriber of dishtv dth service provider my old set top box is replace new one last 15 days ago., but replace new one box unable to change parental lock password this service remove from the service provider without any information to customer.

This feature not available on this box due to my child watching cartoon channels whole day. Then loss of my child educational year. So kindly request to you please see the attached mail received from my dishtv dth service provider.

I, m simply request to service provider if you are not resolved my problem refund my money & old set top box also.

But he is not ready to do any refund his attached mail customer care writing me 29 oct 2019 is deadline for resolve my issue but till time & date my issue is not resolved.

So kindly request to you please help me.

As per our telephonic conversation on this [protected], informed you that Parent lock service is not available on the DishNXT Zapper Set-top box. Furthermore, feedback is taken that Parental lock service should be provided.
