[Resolved]  Dish TV — payment done but recharge not processed

Hi team,

Please help me i have made a payment of rs.1075.00 in via dish tv instant recharge option from their home website payment has been deducted but the recharge is not processed. I have shared the bank statement to dish tv but they are not helping me and they are not providing any proof to me which states that the payment has not been received by them.

but as i wanna resolution hence i have sent an email to the above mentioned email. Just resolve the complain dont give excuses.
