[Resolved] Dish TV — payment made but service not provided | |
We made payment of 3 months to dish tv but since last 20 days i had to contact dish tv customer care to ask them why we were getting 101 error - ie. Channels not subscribed. I called them 4-5 times and every time they said it’s technical issue. They do not even transfer the calls to seniors to escalate the matter. And if the call is transferred to a second level customer care employee, they cut the call within minutes without understanding the problem of the customer. I feel cheated that even after making advance payments and being associated with dish tv from the year 2011, such instances happen. It was a mental torture that i had to hold the call for 40 long minutes to talk to the second level officer. This is totally unacceptable. I want strict action should be taken against the company that for a technical issue the customer is made to feel cheated - an accusation without checking. Why can’t they simply write that there’s some technical snag and after checking the financial details resume the connection. Was this information helpful? | |
