[Resolved] Dish TV — poor customer care communication made reporting problems hell | |||
dear sir/madam, we have dish TV HD bearing v.c no., [protected] installed for couple of years . it had been installed in the name of my mother, Mrs. rokia khatun. the phone no., provided with dish TV hd registration is [protected]. we are enjoying rs.599 pack/month and the last recharge had been done on 22.01.2014 couple of days ago n still now a notice is visible on channel no.24, 25, 29, 45, 421 , 218, 257. here what the message looks like : to know how to subscribe to this channel, SMS DISHTV (CH NO) to 57575 from your registered mobile no., no charges payable for "on request " a LA carte. so that I send two separate message from the aforesaid mobile number last night. today at 11-49am and 11-55am two calls from dish TV customer care( [protected] and [protected]) had been received. the first being too obscure to hear dismissed by me and the other taken. the operator only turned on channel 218 and said all others can only be activated with rs. 10/month additional pay. whenever I tried to report our problem for not having viewed the channels mentioned of the message on the channels and she talked muttering which were inaudible. therefore, sir/madam, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter as fast you can. we are having great dealing problems with dish TV customer care. for most of the time they are unreachable and are reaching with spoken languages which we can't understand( we prefer Bengali or English). thanking you SK roquibul alam [protected]. after lodging this complaint just now I have received a call from [protected] stating that I HAVE TO PAY RS.10 ADDITIONALLY FOR POSTING COMPLAINTS HERE. which proves my point and their guilty. sir/madam please trace the call records from the given number and listen the conversation at 1.38 pm call
