[Resolved] Dish TV — regarding non stop pack and selection of paid channel | |||
Sir i am costomer of dishtv. I have subscribed the non stop pack for three year before the implementation of new rule. At that time i am abble to add paid channel with additional recharge. But after 3rd feb 19, dish tv not providing me facility to selection of channel via online or through costomer care. They only say it is because of non stop pack. I had requested lot of time that close this pack and give another one but they are not responding. Now im am not able to see channels. Kindly resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
