I am a dish tv customer from Chennai, channel I suscribed(sun tv and its group channels) is not displaying properly, to know the reason why it's not displaying properly I tried to contact dish tv customer care "[protected]" but all the time it tells us about topper tv add and ask to press * to proceed after some time it says we haven't received any valid input and call gets disconnected, I tried couple of times and pressed * then that channel is subscribed and then it went in to customer support portal, this is not the way to treat ur customer, they are unprofessional and fraudulent, at last nassama po Was this information helpful? |
