Disha Eye Hospitals — chalazion surgery not done properly

My wife had done chalazion surgery in disha eye hospital - gariahat under
Dr. Sujoy banik on 15th nov'17.
It was been told to us that after 3 days, she can resume to her normal work
Very sorry to say that 2 weeks gone, she can't see properly through her left eye which has gone chalazion surgery and the chalazion re-occur in the same eye same position.
The eye pupil was diluted in such a way still it didn't come to normal shape.
This is just not acceptable.
Moreover, we cannot reach doctor over his phone. Every-time a lady pickup in emergency number given to us and we have to report all the problems to her. Then either she will speak to the doctor or advice us to come again.
Doctor is also always in hurry, never checkup with adequate time.
In one words, the hospital arrangement is very poor and will not suggest anyone to go to disha.
