Disha Eye Hospitals — Very bad and rude behaviour of staffs

I am sourav singha roy and i am a phd fellow of madras iit. Yesterday i go to disha eye hospital (Barrackpore brunch) for eye check-up. The behaviour of receptionist of room number 106 was terrible. Their behaviour was so rude that i can't explain it in words. Even when i go for making complaint they make call to complaint desk and the attitude of that lady at complaint desk was terrible. That is the reason why most of the people have fear with the health department of our state. I love my state and my country. If this kind of respect i got from my state why am i not go to chennai for my health check-up. Its very much heartbreaking. Hope you can feel my pain and you take a strong step against this. Not only me but also most of the people suffering this kind of neglection. Behaviour of doctors was awesome but staff's was heartbreaking.
