[Resolved] DishTV — 101 error and free channels not working | |
I made a recharge yesterday and the recharge was successful but even after 24 hours the plan has not been activated, it's showing 101 error and also some of the free channels like DD national is not showing. Please fix this as soon as possible, also I'm not able to make any call and talk directly with customer care client. And as per the customer care instructions, I kept it in channel number 96 hoping the the problem will be fixed but nothing happened it didn't work at all. Was this information helpful? | |
