[Resolved] DishTV — 102 error - low balance - vc deactivated (vc#[protected]) | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I am using dish tv dth service since 2015 (Vc#[protected]) and i haven't faced any major problem till 2019 may. I have recharged my dish tv account on may 6th (Before switch off date) with rs.200. And after 3 days onwards, when stb is powered it comes with 102 error, saying vc is deactivated because of low balance. When i checked my balance in www.dishtv.in, it says rs.173 is remaining and the switch of date is june 5th 2019. When i called dish tv customer care, they are forcing me to arrange a paid technician visit and also they are asking to change the stb at additional cost. I feel its kind of prejudice action from dish tv to make additional money. Last month also, when i called customer care for knowing the details of their 'active services', at that time also they forced to send a technician's visit to fix the alignment. I asked why it is needed as i get all the channels. Then they had no answer. Kindly request you to resolve this matter at the earliest. Look forward for your positive reply. Kindly share an alternate contact number or you can also contact our customer care[protected] and [protected] for channels related issue. Kindly note that we have sent a Refresh command to your Set Top Box with V.C No. [protected]. To allow timely updation, please switch-off your Set-Top-Box from the main power supply, then switch-on and tune in to Channel 96 for 15 minutes. you can also refresh the VC by giving a MISSED CALL on[protected]Toll-Free) from the Registered Mobile Number. past 10 days my dish tv was not working.
102 vc card deactivated error showing on my tv screen
i recharged my account before switch off date. But still its not has been updated
kindly check and resolve the problem as soon as possible
