[Resolved] DishTV — 102 error, not editable

I have recharged my DishTV account and my account is active. Even after recharging it the same error is shown on the TV but no change even after sending a number of commands from DishTV app as well as calls to the specified customer care number. The same error number 102 is shown on the TV and in the troubleshooting section of distv app as well as in the calls they informed to keep the TV on channel number 96 but Iam unable to do any changes even changing the channel and I don't even know on which channel the error is in. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
