[Resolved] DishTV — 102. low account balance | |||
My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 26/05/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 17/06/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. and the response from customer care is poor and good with auto reply that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. I have been using service from past 1 year in same location and it working fine till i failed to recharge. Once i have recharged service is not resuming back. Was this information helpful? | |||
