[Resolved] DishTV — 102 no account balance after recharging | |||
I have recharged dish tv on oct 14, 2019 with 903rs but the channels are showing up. As i am going to office i didn't got time to contact customer care for next 4 days and on 18th oct i have called them and explained the issue as i am still seeing the 102-no account balance error since 4days and the response is they did initial troubleshooting like switch off the tv and switch on back, but no response and call got disconnected after 2 days i have called back and the they did the same troubleshoot and nothing new happened, then i have asked them to connect to their supervisor, after keeping me on hold for 15min call got disconnected on next day i did a call back and asked them to connect supervisor after having the initial troubleshooting the cal got disconnected and then i called back and again i had to make cc to connect to supervisor he did intial troubleshoot and then said he will trnasfer call to service team, he kept me hold for 10min and said service team is not available they will arrange a call back from service team, but nothing happened, next day i have called again the cc and again i have to explain every detail and the response from supervisor is he did refresh and asked me to check the channels and the error is same. Then they suggested to have a technician visit to home which charges 200rs. Its been almost 11 days that i have recharged my dish tv and channels are not showing up and balance got deducted for these 11 days and now i have to pay extra 200 to them for this to get solved.
