[Resolved]  DishTV — 201 card refresh error

My v.c. no.is [protected] i cant see the channrl on my tv after the recharge .it shows on tv screen 201 card refresh error. and also comment ... your viewing card is not paired with the set top box... please help me quickly ..otherwise you loose your cusomer...because of your bad services...
