[Resolved] DishTV — 301. no signal | |||
I am having this problem from last 4 days, i have complaint this issue before as well about no signal (301) technician came and changed the mono l. N. B and charged 177+350 on 13/09/17 then again after few days the same problem occurred again thr technician came and changed the setup box and charged 413 on 25/09/17 and now again i am facing this problem, i am contacting the same person from dishtv to resolve the problem everyday he is saying i will come or send other person but no one is coming. There is 3 months warranty for both. I want strict action to be taken. I am not able to watch tv and paying unnecessarily. My vc no is. [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They came checked and changed the setup box. After soo much of eait and trouble. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
