DishTV — 402 & 102 error in dishtv | |||
I have dishtv connection (Vc no. [protected]) at my home, i have recharged for a year in march-2019 and it is still 2 month's subscription remaining, even i am getting 402 faulty viewing card error and 102 low account balance frequently, then for error code 102, i have to call customer care for refresh account and wait for few minutes. For error 402, i have to remove and re-insert viewing card, this is frequent practice since past few months, recently after multiple try, error 402 was not gone, i have registered a complaint to the customer care, they told me that i need to swap stb and it will charge rs. 200. Why? As it is swapped once in october and again i need to pay for their faulty hardware. Was this information helpful? | |||
