[Resolved] DishTV — 402. faulty viewing card | |
We cannot watch our tv and it shows a message "402. Faulty viewing card from 30/7/19". We made a complaint to dish tv, ref request no[protected] dated 31/7/19. They closed the complaint without solving it. Again complaint on 5/8/19 ref no[protected]. Local service provider is calling to say that they have no stock of card or receiver box. Complaint is not solved yet and we are paying for this period as well. Can they resolve the issue or cancel the connection and pay me my money back.

Complaint is not resolved yet and we are not able to watch TV from 31/7/19. I made complaints again and those are closed without resolving the problem. One Lady, saying from customer care contacted me today and said that the complaint will be solved tommorrow. My registered mobile number is [protected]
