DishTV — 7 days no free 3 month recharge

Recharged ₹ 714 but did not get 7 days free. On 3 month recharge and when i am checking my monthly recharge, only ₹ 238 is showing in my account balance. But still i did not get 7 days free. Why?
Monthly package is ₹ 238. The same rate is shown in the account balance shows on my tv, which was also called in the call received from dish tv. Now tell me if i spend money and i will not get angry if i do not get benefit.

As per our telephonic discussion on the number 9718459546, all the billing-related information has been shared for VC 01526634726. Also, the Star Bharat channel has been removed from the DishTV account with effect from 25 May 2020. Now, your monthly subscription is Rs 238.
