Dear sir/madam. I would like to inform you about the behaviour of your company employee. He called me today at 2:35 p.m. He told me some up gradation plan. I simply refused to adopt that plan. Suddenly he said, " Behan ka Land" to me. Is this your company policy that if any customer refuse to do as per your employees direction. He will be treated with this type of abusive language. I have never said even a single word to him. You can check recording. My only demand is to terminate services of that person and send the copy of termination letter as well as regret letter from your Dish tv.company.
