[Resolved] DishTV — activation of wrong add on pack by customer care | |||
Sir my vc no is [protected] registered on the name of amit gupta. I called the customer care to activate full on hd pack but they activate different pack which is useless for me. This all happened on 31 jul. I call them, but they said we cannot do anything it is in locking period. Activation of wrong product is from dish tv end, why should i suffer. Plz help me out. My contact no is [protected]. I also recharged my account with 220 rs which is cost of full hd pack still they activate wrong pack Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our records, Maxi Sports HD and Hindi Entertainment Add on packs have already been deactivated. Please keep the STB on 999 LCN for 15 mins.
