[Resolved] DishTV — activation of wrong add on pack by customer care

Sir my vc no is [protected] registered on the name of amit gupta. I called the customer care to activate full on hd pack but they activate different pack which is useless for me. This all happened on 31 jul. I call them, but they said we cannot do anything it is in locking period. Activation of wrong product is from dish tv end, why should i suffer. Plz help me out. My contact no is [protected]. I also recharged my account with 220 rs which is cost of full hd pack still they activate wrong pack

Hope you are doing good.

As per our records, Maxi Sports HD and Hindi Entertainment Add on packs have already been deactivated. Please keep the STB on 999 LCN for 15 mins. Subscribed Package Full ON HD Rs 186 18 GST Rs 220 per month and Switch off date is 27 Sep 2017.
