DishTV — Activation VC no[protected]

Dear Sir, Please be informed that i had recharged online my Dishtv account VC no[protected] by Rs.2000, but my account is not yet reactivated. so, sir i request to you activate it ASAP. I raised the same issue via customer care complain, but was informed that the problem is resolved when it is actually not even attended. Kindly expedite the activation process. Regards Sameer Ahmed
