[Resolved]  DishTV — all free channel are not visible only paid channel are visible

Hye my name is rahul verma
My vc no is. [protected]
My registered kobile no is [protected]
My concern is that dish tv company is making customer fool..
Because the the free channel never visible on my dish tv when i paid for hd channel those channels are completely visible my concern is that why only free channel are not provide by dish tv when i called customer care they said there is a network issue let me tell you about my signal strength is 80+
And signal quality is 84+
And customer care executive said me singnal problem, if i have a singal problem so how i am able to watch all my hd channel without a glitch and only free channel are not visible... Listen me dish tv you are scamming us you are not providing us the free channel or dd channel just because you want customer paid you for all paid channel

As i already provided my no. To you in my complaint form let me tell you i never had a network problem in my house... My phone is always reachable 24*7, i had a word with your customer service the lady to whome i had a word she was just trying to make me fool i have told her ma'am my signal qulaity is more than 80+ and signal strength too. I have no issue with the hd channels for which i have paid. But i have only problem with the NON HD FREE 182 CHANNEL non of them are visible on my tv. She said you have call a tech he will check... And i have to paid for that technician visit, , ,
Now sir please tell me what is this... If i am able to see HD channel without a single disturbance so why there is a problem with FREE channels only... She said it is a hardware problem you have to pay for the fixation what rubbish she said me... You can call me i believe you never had tried to call me thats why my no was not reachable only for you.. because i have raised a complaint. Against the scam which going on...
