[Resolved]  DishTV — Already recharged but still not updated

I was already recharged my dish tv account which is [protected] on[protected] and also get conformation message on[protected]. Today[protected] evening 15:10 hrs. But still showing message that today is last date. I was yesterday call customer care but they are said "you are not recharge your account". I have a proof for recharged message which proof i am attaching with this complaint.

I was already recharged my dish tv account which is [protected] on[protected] and also get conformation message on[protected]. Yesterday[protected] evening i was call customer care officer and they are said "YOUR ACCOUNT IS LOW SO NEED TO RECHARGE, YOUR AVAILABLE BALANCE IS ZERO SO[protected] AT 00:00 Hrs. YOUR ACCOUNT IS DISABLE. Today[protected] evening 17:58 Hrs. but still showing message that today is last date. I have a proof for recharged message which proof i am attaching with this complaint.

RECHARGE with min. Rs. 100/- on 21/11/2016 vide ID [protected] but service still not activate...
I was recharge with 335/- last 48hr still its not updated we complaint to cutomer care 3times but not responed this 1time facing this promble about recharge every the recharge updated with in seconds but now?

I had already recharged my dish tv account a week ago...
Today morning I was watching news.. And after 12:00 pm This is what my tv is showing and now it's 5:55 pm
I had already called customer care still nothing happen...
I was already recharged my dish tv account on 7th nov21. . But still low balance message is showing . I was yesterday call customer care but they said we are refreshing your account, it will work after 15 mins. Today is forth day and still not working dishtv and same message is getting repeat that your account balance is low . Please resolve issue asasp.
