I ordered dish smrt hub STB from the site of dishtv, but they are now not registering my new VC number by telling that they don't have any information regarding the order. But i ordered it from their site dishtv.in

Customer care service are telling that they don't have any record of that name and number.

    Very bad from dish TV for charging 25 Rs as processing fees. As my recharge gets over I am going to switch to TATA sky. Very bad and worst.

      Continuously getting spam and promotional calls to my Dnd-activated number [protected] which is linked to dish tv VNC. Stop calling my number. Do not you guys have any regard for others' privacy? What kind of business model is this ? ### that do not call my number.

        WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID technicians and services from dishtv.

        It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from dishtv and their SILLY STUPID GREEDY technicians, their first of all 24 hrs. time given to attend the complaint is very very wrong. The dishtv all technicians namely anil sharma([protected]), ajay janki([protected]) and dinesh gupta([protected]) are so CHEAP and GREEDY that they want to call them directly or privately and not to complain the dishtv for any technical help and if we complain to the dishtv directly or privately than they neverever answers our call or attend any of our complaint.

        It all happened on 18/10/22 late morning we had raised the complaint for the dishtv alignment and requested for a technicians visit at my place but the otherday we had to shift our residence so the sameday in the late evening we cancelled the complaint for the dishtv alignment and changed to the shifting of the dishtv and it was notified to the dishtv customercare and confirmed too.

        The otherday there was a call from their CHEAP and GREEDY technician named ajay janki demanded extra saying that he will take Rs. 600/- and if paying than only he will attend the complaint but from dishtv it was told that the charges will be only Rs.450/- for the shifting. But from 18/10/22 my complaint was unnecessarily and on purpose delayed for four days by the dishtv customercare and their CHEAP SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID GREEDY technicians, everyday I used to call their dishtv customercare and they have their SILLY STUPID REPETITIVE CASSETTE PLAYER from their customercare that wait for 24 hrs it will be attended the technician will call us but all in vain for four days. But on the third day after pressure they transferred my call to their senior who was cooperative and it was decided to attend my complaint the sameday but it was late evening the technician dinesh gupta was supposed to come and plus I too shifted from the older house to the new one so I told to attend the next morning 10:00 am the first case and it was confirmed.

        The next morning at 09:00 am I reached my older residence and the technician was supposed to come by 10:00 am first to attend my complaint but he didn't arrive till 10:30 am so I started calling him but everytime the SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOT dinesh gupta used to disconnect my calls or didn't answer, it all took the calling till 12:30 pm in between thrice I called their dishtv customercare to complain about their WORST CHEAP SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician but the customercare was IGNORANT, NEGLIGENT, CARELESS and BOTHERLESS and was not raising their technician's complaint for delay.

        Actually the case was the technician named dinesh gupta who was hired to attend my complaint was doing his calls privately because the case is the all named technicians say if the customer call them directly than only the complaint will be attended and if we call dishtv the complaint will be delayed on purpose because whatever charges we pay it goes directly to these CHEAP CHEATERS, LIARS, GREEDY SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID technicians pocket.

        And this things do happen everytime that these CHEAP, CHEATERS, LIARS, GREEDY technician wants us to save their number and call them privately and it was told by these CHEAP SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician named dinesh gupta to save his number for future complaint and he also said that this things will happen everytime and we will suffer but I denied to do so. And plus if this SILLY SHAMELESS STUPID GREEDY IDIOT dinesh gupta or any other technician needs any helping hand for doing his work either he should bring a helper or should neverever should ask any help from the customer because customer is paying you for your job and he is not there to help the technician named dinesh gupta should not be that SILLY STUPID GREEDY SHAMELESS and DISGUSTING to keep an assistant.

        Neverever go for dishtv because their services are so CHEAP, CHEATING, LYING and FOOLING and their technicians are so WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE and FRAUD that all the technician wants us to call them directly for our complain without notifying dishtv because whatever charges we are paying they want want directly in their pocket. And plus their customercare are FOOLISH IGNORANT, NEGLIGENT, CARELESS and BOTHERLESS that they have their REPETITIVE CASSETTE PLAYER of 24 hrs. though the complaint is not attended even after three days later or even not attended but 24 hrs. of attending is their REPETITIVE RECORDED CASSETTE, hope so this might be my last year with the dishtv because of their WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID GREEDY technicians, customercare and dishtv.

          I have raised a complain about the channel showing signal not found i called the customer care and they said the technicians will visit anad chnge the set of box and will charge 200 not for the set of box.. but after the technicians has come he never change the set of box instead he gave us the old set of box of him aand took 300 ok.. after 1 n half month again same problm has shown now i again call them nad they said technician will visit and take 200 for servicible and extra for some parts if its defected.. ok now i paid 400 for this they change the LNB.. again after 1 month now i facing same problem since 5 days and when i call the customer care they again said technician will come and chrge..

          No please tell me what is this? Is this a scam of dishtv if they send technician they should make it proper but i have to call again and again aand have to charge .. this is not the way.. i am not going to charge for this again.. i want a new dish tv installation for free because they will keep charging us for useless reasons.
          Please take legal action for this.. they are making us fool i need free new installation now...

            I'm getting n number of calls from DishTV, even after I have told them that I don't want any VAS channels. In fact I have even asked to put my number on DND list, still I'm receiving unnecessary calls.

              WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID STUBBORN, ARROGANT, NEGLIGENT and LETHARGIC CUSTOMERCARE, technicians, name sake seniors and dishtv agents.

              It's VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from dishtv CUSTOMERCARE and technicians for not properly attending to the CUSTOMER's complaint. These people are LIARS, CHEATERS and FRAUDSTERS neverever TRUST, BELIEVE or LISTEN to these CHEAP MISCREANTS.

              It's all lies from these MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED and MISBEHAVING STUPID ### whenever complaint is raised there are two separate charges from the CUSTOMERCARE and the technicians. But if we complain about this dishtv people are STUBBORN, ARROGANT, IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT, they are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS and IGNORANT towards the CUSTOMER's complaint.

              Their 24 hours complaint resolving is all FAKE, FRAUD and CHEATING, on 18/10/22 we had booked for the technician but it had been three days but there is no technicians visit for my shifting of dishtv. It was told us to pay only Rs. 200 + Rs. 250/-.including gst. for relocation. But their SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician named ajay janaki is BOLDLY asking if I pay him Rs. 600/- than only he will visit my place otherwise not. But even after complaining this incident to the CUSTOMERCARE and name sake senior both of them were BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT, NEGLIGENT and CARELESS but there was no visit after 24 hours too and now it's the third day and we are waiting for the SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician let's hope he may come. But even after 24 hours later there is repetitive answers from their INDISCIPLINED, DISGUSTING, MANNERLESS and ARROGANT CUSTOMERCARE to wait for 24 hours.

              And they transfer the CALL TO the namesake senior just to fool the CUSTOMER but in reality the call is not transferred only its passed to the other SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents who is the same ARROGANT, STUBBORN and LETHARGIC MISCREANTS they neverever listen to the CUSTOMER's complaint only a FAKE, FRAUD and HOPELESS reply that you will have to wait for 24 hrs. And plus their service is so slow and time consuming and time passing that it is done on purpose and keeps the CUSTOMER waiting with their FAKE, FRAUD and DIRTY advertisement, which is UNPLEASANT, UNSOOTHING AND STUPIDITY to hear.

              Neverever go for this UNPROFESSIONAL, UNMANAGEMENT, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS dishtv. This dishtv people are so afraid of their technicians that even after complaining they neverever take any STERN, STRICT and SACKING action against their SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents and technicians.

              Also a big scam is going on in Dish TV for few months

              i found this in dec 2022 and now again at time of again recharge i camed to know that without mine consent 15 channels are activated on 2 connections again

              Activation of channels without consent of customer on regular basis, this is not a small thing, its a big Scam going on in Dish Tv.
              They activate some channels from back without customers concern, and its not with one or two nor by mistake...
              It has to be counted on mass scale ( more than 1 cr subscribers or whatever)
              and when we talk/ complain to the call center they put your call on long hold and then cut the call (repeatedly) by will.

              I have all the details and call recordings of this concern.

              They (dishtv) assumes that no body will bother about this matter nor raise a voice for 10-20 rs a month,
              but in favour of public interest, this thing should be raised.

                Stop Calling

                I am getting 4-5 promotional calls daily. Even after requesting multiple times, that please don't call me. I am getting continuous calls.

                Even custom support executive says that we will keep calling you if you reject the call.

                I have no interest in receiving any call from DishTV, please register my number in DNC....

                DishTV activated a paid channel called Ayushmaan Active costing rupees 43.00/month excluding taxes on 23.12.2021 to my account having VC number [protected]. I had a pre-paid plan already activated on 27.11.2021 for 1 year by paying around 2500 which was supposed to last 12 months however due to activation of this channel without the consent the one-year-pack expired 3 months before the tenure. I want Dishtv to refund the amount in full for the months it charged (approx. 10 months x 43 = 4300 rupees + taxes) and add the validity to my account.

                I had spoken to the customer care executive (complaint number[protected] almost 3-5 times in the last 15 days, most of the time they diverted their call to the senior executives who gave flimsy grounds of activation of the call. As an example, when I requested for a transcript of the call of activation they agreed to sent an email, however the email was received but without the call transcript. The next resolution was given that the channel was activated by the dealer called Suman Shaw 2113954 who I have no clue who he is and have no connection to my account.

                If DishTV claims that it was activated with my consent then DishTV should provide proof otherwise it should refund the whole amount to my account.

                Its such a disgrace that Big Media Players are robbing people under broad daylight and the Government being a dumb spectator. People like us can put up complaints however think of the plight of the people who doesn't even know that such malpractices are happening below their nose.

                In this forum also there are several complaints regarding the same. Don't know why its still continuing. Someone has to look into this and take stern action against the culprits.

                    After several calls finally logged complaint on 09 Oct.2022 regarding signal issue on few channels . Received many Confirmation msg’s of Visit timing of Technician. Toady just now received msg for of issue resolved with out visit and issue is still same.

                      My VC no is[protected]. My dish tv not working last 1 month and I have already given complaint three time for re installation but not raise my complaint and also no solution till date. The service is very pathetic and poor.

                          I already have recharge of one year but still my dishtv channels are not opening, it shows 102 Low Account Balance with VC No. [protected] is due for recharge. I already checked by restarting my DishTv box but nothing helps. I am not able to do anything except watching this screen. I am attaching the picture as well.
                          Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Despite of requesting for activation of DND on my mobile number (+91-[protected]) linked with DishTV VC number, I am received calls and text messages from DishTV continuously since long, which is not lawful.

                              In this regard, it is submitted that kindly activate DND service (calls and SMS both) for my mobile, failing which I will lodge FIR against the DishTV.

                                    I am Sribas Sarkar, a DishTV customer since 4 years. I have paid 1 year subscription at a time for every 4 years since taking my connection from DishTV.

                                    From last 5 days back my set top box is not working and a call docket No[protected] on 09/09/2022 to DishTv Customer care.

                                    But till date no technician visit to my place and replace the faulty set top box. Whare as customer care person told me that it will change with in next 48 hrs.

                                    Please help me to extend my subscription date which was expired on 06.11.2022 and I am not get service from DishTv in proper time.
