Dear sir My dish tv account number is [protected] on the name of dana Manohar mobile number [protected] In this connection it is submitted that i have deposited the rs 1002 On may 6 for family pack but same had been adjusted against the annual Pack After making several call to customer care of dish tv no action Has been taken to replace the pack.
