I have been a regular customer of Dish TV for more than 10 years ( since June 2010). My VC number is [protected] and registered mobile [protected]. I recharged Dish TV on 12/01/2022 with Rs.3600 through internet banking by debiting my account which displayed on the laptop screen as FAILURE, so I again debited my account through internet banking which was successful with Rs.3600.00. So there are two debits on my account on 12/01/2022. My Dish TV account is credited with Rs.3600 only. The amount of failure transaction is still with Dish TV and the company (Dish TV) has not returned me till date.
I therefore, request you to look into the matter and make an order to them to refund my amount.
