[Resolved]  DishTV — amount paid but transaction status on receipt showing 'pending

Sir/madam,
Please note that my vc no:[protected] online recharging is done for the amount 1984/-rs on 27 march 2020, but still the bill shows pending where as from my account already the amount has been deducted. The transaction id is: cca[protected] for contact phone number [protected]

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
