[Resolved] DishTV — amt not transferring or refunding for new connection | |||||
I have normal connection but some one cal'd us from distv customer care asked to switch for hd but i refused again after two days cal'd me i said i have 1000rs amt in my distv account so i couldn't change but blady customer care executive said me if terminate your whole amt will transfer to ur new account so i planned to change and changed also bt this another blady distv customer care executive telling we can't refund or transfer... So this company cheating 1000rs for me. U have to take action against them. So i am reporting to consumer forum right know for my justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
