[Resolved]  DishTV — automatic channels activation without my consent.

Hello. I have a dish connection with number. They automatically activates any channel in my pack without even my consent and then they don't even return the money back. They even activated a loan, for no particular reason! When i asked the customer care executive about it, he replied that he don't know anything about it.

Not even that, when i asked their customer care executives about my request number, they said they don't have any. They should refund the money back to suffered people and take action against their stupid customer care executives.

I am Sasidharan Pillai and my VC No is [protected]. I recharged my dish tv on 10 th July 2019 rs 534/- by used dish tv web. But my account is not updated. Now low balance massage showing on my tv. Kindly update my account as soon as Possible.

They have implemented a Lock in period for mostly all thchannels.
This is against the freedom of choice for the consumers.It must be revoked immediately.
What is TRAI doing against this unfair practice.Needs a strong action against DISH TV.
