[Resolved]  DishTV — automatically activation of channel

Before 15-20 days channel Ayushman active had activated without my knowledge. When I got the message of activation I complained at customer care & the executive said it will deactivated today. But when yesterday I logged in on my mobile application I found Ayushman active is active & the value is deducting from my a/c. I haven't activated the channel & even I don't know about the channel. I complained at the customer care yesterday & the executive told that it will be deactivated within one hour. But 24 hours has passes & the channel is still active & I am paying for it. It should be deactivated immediately & I have to get refund the amount has charged for the channel from beginning. My regd. Mobile no [protected].

We would like to inform you that we have removed Ayushmaan Active Value Added Service from your choice of Bouquets Channels. You can make your own pack on C SAT basis. Now, your Package Price is Rs 83, 18% GST i.e. Rs 97.

As the channel has automatically activated by you without my knowledge you have to return the amount charged for this channel from the date of activation. Further no channel should be activated like this. Your customer care executives should respond the complains properly insted of providing false information.

As I hadn't activated this service you have to return the charges charged for this service from the date of activation. Further you should be careful about how no channel will be automatically activated from your side without my knowledge. Your customer care executive should hear the complain & provide the solution instead of sharing false information.
