[Resolved] DishTV — booked an installation 24 hours ago, still no response from customer care

I had booked a new installation by going to your products page (https://www.dishtv.in/pages/welcome/products.aspx), my booking reference number is [protected] but still there has been no response from your team. At the very least, i was expecting a call from your customer support within few hours regarding the scheduling of installation (As advertised).
