I am customer of dish to dot with vc no [protected].
I got recharge my super family package with a sum of Rs. 250/ on 13th Aug. 2014 in well advance from the switch off date 18th Aug.2014 as I have to move out of station for 10days.
Now new date for recharge and switch off has been conveyed by you is 17th sept. & 20th Sept.2014 respectively.
In this regard I contacted your customer care centre Ms. Priti and Flor Manager Mr. Abhishek on 26th Aug 14, who admitted the mistake and same will be rectified within 24 hours. But it was not done.
Therefore, today on 27th Aug.14, I again contacted customer care to Mr. Chandan, fir supervisorrMr. Piyush and flr manager Mr. Babu. It is very rediculos it took more then 30 minutes to transfer the line from one to another point and it was informed that nothing can be done by them as rate has been revised. The behavor of your staff is not acceptable. Pl look into the matter and give proper training how to deal with customers.
How You can revise the rate without prior information to the customer. Moreover, you cannot revise the rate premature date of already paid amount.It is breach of trust.
Pl. needful to get correction in dates and take appropriate action against your deliquent staff with intimation to undersigned. Otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to higher authorities and to the Consumer Forum.
