[Resolved]  DishTV — cant change pack from pick by channel to any other packs

I opted for pick by channels and the pack locking period is over, since mid Jan 2018.I have contacted customer care for changing the channel.The said that pack changes can be only made through there website.I have checked the website for changing the pack.Damn, there is no option anywhere in the website to change pack.When selecting any other packs, the website redirects to My Account Page, that page contains absolutely no options that are modifiable except registered mobile number and email.Cheap technique to limit entertainment to the customers also forcing them to pay.Worst DTH company its not Dish tv, its Fraud tv.

Most pathetic customer service received from DishTV. They don't provide you what they promise. Just making money thats it. Being a regular customer doesnt help you either, trust me. I make yearly payments yet i suffer. Will leave their service as soon as my subscription ends.
