My VC Number [protected] was converted to HD box on 05/03/2017. Thereafter it is regularly getting switched of every now & then. Kindly attend urgently. Further I have been switched to HD set top box on understanding that you shall charge monthly same as in old schemes.i.e Rs 320/- per month. Now you have manipulated with ulterior motive sue motto charging me Rs 549/- per month from old date which is not fair practice & duping me . Either you honour your commitment our arrange refund of Rs 1150/- immediately. Please note this is cheating, not expected from reputable company of your standing. This is urgent.
