Hi, my name is prince, i have purchase dish tv 1year hd subscription on 30th october 2018, Yesterday i received a call from dish tv customer care they told me to change my package as per new trial rules and ensure me that there will be no change in my package but when i checked my channel, they changed my all hd channels to normal channels. When i asked this from customer care they deny to give back my hd channels and instead of this they told me to purchase the hd channels separately. Please help me to get back my all hd channels.
