[Resolved]  DishTV — Change of FAMILY pack to GOLD pack without my knowledge

Sir, I'm a regular dish tv subscriber.I made a dish tv recharge of FAMILY PACK for a duration of 1 year and was going to receive a bonus of 45 days.After the recharge my dealer got a successful recharge message of Family pack.But then I got a message of recharge successful of the GOLD pack for a duration of just 7 months.I've never made any request of such a change of pack.After calling dish tv customer care I could not get any positive response.Please help me... I want my subscription to be FAMILY PACK for 1 year with a bonus of 45 days because the change has been done without my knowledge.Hope for your kind co-operation.
