My V C No[protected] recharge date as per message received was 13/12/2016 & monthly package is & was Rs 320/-.Subsquently you have suo motto changed recharge date to 06/12/2016 & changed package monthly to Rs365/-. I am appalled at your working & would like to adhere to recharge date as 13/12/2016 as per message sent by you & maintain monthly package of Rs320/-. Kindly rectify immediately.
