(Channel selection details attached-pdf and xl files). Unable to view my current recharge balance ob tv screen. Unable to login into my videocon d2h account for channel selection/my prepaid balance status. (Using both windows and android mobile app. Otp not received on my registered mobile no.) Unable to call customer care phone nos. All phone nos. Are busy/not answered. Unable to use smart connect option for over one month. My smart connect set top box under maintenance contract till dec-2020. Technical support department kishorprabhakar.
