In accordance with the new TRAI packs we have updated our channel pack around 10 times online and it still doesn't take our inputs and send us back to the please update your pack page. We have requested a call so many times and have no response for it!
We had chosen HD for one month and now we are not able to add or remove channels because of this and our total bill is over 450 because of it! Our new updated pack is for 231 with GST and it says our connection will be switched off Tomorrow because of this!
We already payed 200 2 weeks back hoping you would fix this in the gap but again we cannot pay for this poor service!
We need our refund or at least a quick resolution for our problem! We have already paid over 400 for basically nothing as we are not able to remove unwanted channels.
