Number. : [protected] I have a HD connection and it is found that some of the HD channels are lacking sound (Zero Sound ) I called your call center and they told me few procedures but failed. They said I need a technician to solve the problem. As my DTB is in warranty period I was told if there is any fault in DTB it will be replaced free of charge BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY TECHNICIAN VISIT CHARGES. I clearly told them OK if the problem is in my connecting or likewise I will pay but if the DTB is faulty then you have to give me a free replacement and no charges will be paid. On this both your call center operator and her senior told me the same. As a consumer I have the right to get trouble free service and free with no additional charges for repairs or replacement of the product supplied by you as the product was delivered and installed at my place by you. Again I tried with your Nodal officer for the same regarding payment of visit fees for your fault repairing. He also said I will Have to pay. I clearly told him this is poor service to the customers and mall business practice to ask for visit charges for the Fault product/Service supplied and installed by you at my place by your own staff. I am a senior citizen and it is not a question of money but the mall business practice you are applying for your customers I had tried to clear my points for non payment of visit fees as they are not payable by me as a customer but your people plainly told me it is your system. I had recorded all the conversations I had with your people and if needed can produce them to you. And one more thing I was offered a call back by your operator and was confirmed it will be within 15 Minutes but no call was there so again calling back after app 1 hour again was told there will be a call back from you which never occurred. This is the type of service you people offering to common Indian people I know my rights as consumer and also know that I can ask for compensation towards your faulty service.
