[Resolved] DishTV — charging again and again service charges for same complaint which is still not solved | |
My dish tv registration no. Is [protected]. I have complained many time for signal not found problem in my connection. Dishtv executive visit many times for this complaint. They charged service charges every time when they visit also changed parts and charged for changed parts. I have also upgraded my dishtv set top box to resolve this problem on 26/05/2019 but this problem still not solved. I have complained again on 11/06/2019 and their executive again visit. Today 30/06/2019 i have called again for same problem and again they demand for visit charges of executive for same problem. Please look in this matter and resolve my problem without cost as i have already paid enough money for this problem. Was this information helpful? | |
