DishTV — Cheating by Dish Tv

I got two sms after recharging my Dish Tv in the month of May 2014. First Msg:First one stating that " Post recharge of Rs. 280.00 MOD non stop has been activated on CH. 254 for 27 days. Rs. 21.00 processing fee was levied. Your recharge date is shifted to 21.06.2014" Why the hell is that??? Explain in detail why I am supposed to pay this??? Second msg: New channels Max2 and Discovery kids are added to your pack wef 1 June 2-14. Price of your pack will be revised to 300.00 from next recharge. Who told you to add these two channels and revise my pack price without my consent????? I don't want those channels so delete those and keep the pack price at 280.00. Comply immediately!!! Further, today I received an invoice which says that my pack price is now 320.00..I have sent an email regarding these matters on 28 May 2014. Till date I havent received any reply. Can anyone help?
