[Resolved]  DishTV — Complaint regarding non activeness of subscribed channel in spite of recharging those.

Respected sir,
I have been using Dish TV having current " VC code [protected] " since last so many years.
But lately I have been facing a problem of not being able to view the channels which I have subscribed from past months. As I have called the consumer care no. Several times they just appointed a agent to fix the problem which they charged RS.200 for the service but inspite of that service again we were facing the same problem. Again after the service complaint that we made, the consumer care coordinator said to upgrade the box from SD to HD which I guess was a useless solution as we upgraded the box after suggesting by your coordinator the issue is till arising and we are not able to view the channels we have subscribed to. The message box is arising showing the code 'Error code 101 channel not subscribed' for the particular channel that we have already paid for the subscription. And also your staff is kind of rude ones as they aren't at all liable to resolve my problem.
Our pack is of 200 and we recharged it by 301 still the problem is arising.
We do request you to resolve our problem as soon as possible or else I'm going to raise this dispute and file a complaint against your company.
