DishTV — Conditions about monthly recharge

1) it should be consumer's right that when to recharge there account, but dish tv giving 3 paid extra days without taking permission. And fees 9f 3 days deduct it from consumer's payment, although they do not want it. And also when to recharge, it should be sole right to consumer. But dishtv taking penalty of rs.25 rupees. Its a very unfavourable for customers because many wants to temporarily disable there tv to travel or something other reasons. But dish tv infringing the rights of customers. So, in lockdown period tv is the sole hope for those who are at home. So that action must be taken against dish tv as early as possible.
