DishTV — Connection deactivated for verification which is not coming from dish tv | |||
Hi, I have taken new VC connection in the Month of Nov 2015 in Diwali. My VC no is [protected] for which balance amount is more then Rs 500 and next recharge date is in Jan 2016. From Monday 30 Nove 2015 my connection is deactivited and when I called to Customer Care it is told that VC verification is pending from Dish TV side and call will be established within 24-48 hours now 4 days over and no call is coming and my Dish TV connecton is in deactivited mode even I have paid subscription in advance. I called Customer Care every day but they are asking to wait for a call. This is very frustating and no boday from Customer Care healping properly Pl. Help me out to solve this. i received a message from Dishtv for verification, however i tried to send a message DISHTV CALL ME on 57575. as i m out of town and my number is on roaming, dishtv messaged us that it is unreachable/ringing.
Kindly help me out, what shall be done to activate my account, if possible by on line to verify. Account Number [protected]

My parents had taken a dish TV connection in Kolkata on 22nd July. After a month suddenly the dish TV connection is deactivated although the connection was recharged two days back. When called up customer care they mentioned that verification is pending and denied. First of all verification needs to be done before a connection is provided and not after a month of providing connection. Customer care also said that again we need to submit our documents proof although it was done while taking the connection. Right now we are not able to enjoy any services as it is deactivated. This is really some horrible service
