Hi I got the recharge till may 2019... Still today after 3 days i switched on my tv n it says no available balance... Its not the first time it happened to me. Every other day i have to call them n ask them to start it... I dont understand if i paid the amount and what the hell am paying for.. If i cant watch the tv.. Everytime i have to waste my time with this guys n they are not doing anything When they take full payment with additional charges... N then not evening providing proper... So are we #... And even the customer service is so rude.. They put me on hold n even disconnect the call Firstly the dont provide appropriate service... Secondly they behave like if we are # n we as a customer are wasting their time by calling them. Its my valuable time that am wasting with their customer service people.
