[Resolved] DishTV — could not recharge as per trai | |||
When i tried to recharge my dish tv account as per Trai's regulations i am unable to do it. I am not able to select channel as per my wish in mera apna pack .. i have been trying from january to today but i couldn't select channels as per my wish. Their is no response from customer care also. i installed mydishtv app in my android phone and tried in that app also but still the same thing is happening through mydishtv app also. Verified Support Feb 15, 2019 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Praveen, Thanks for reaching out to us. Our website/App has probably hit a technical snag. My team is checking this and will fix the same soon. Further, we would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same.
