My name is Pradeep Jain I am using a dish TV 8 yrs approx then ystrday I am calling in coustomer care executive regarding 1149 plan for yrs so I ask to coustomer care executive can u tell 100 channel name list so he tell fst about entertainment channels he tell starplus ...Bigmagic...Etc.N I have dn my rechrge today 1149 rs bt my starplus channel not show then I will again call to coustomer care n I ask her I have dn my rechrge 1149 bt my starplus channel is nt show then coustomer care executive tell me starplus not comes in this pckge so 1. Excutive tell me star plus comes in this package after recharge then second excutive tell me star plus not com in this package they are cheat with coustomers pls refund my money ya start my channel starplus please solve my problem as soon as possible

Our team has tried to get in touch with you on [protected] but you did not pick the call. Moreover, we have gone through the call recording and we have never informed you that you will get Star plus channel in Non Stop pack . In-fact we have been telling you about the GEC Hindi.
