[Resolved] DishTV — customer care service | |||||
I had opted for the dishtv 3ka4 offer in which doing recharge for 3months gets you a 1month service free. On 15th july, the channels which were supposed to show on the all sports pack subscribed by me were showing 101 unsubscribed error. I tried calling the dishtv customer executives, and the people at their customer end were knowingly not acknowledging my voice and repeatedly saying that they can't hear me. This went on with for around 10calls. I then wrote an email to them regarding the issue wherein the call centre executives sent the technicians 3 times and all of them that the issue can only be resolved through customer care end but the dishtv executives failed to acknowledge the same and upon requesting to speak to the supervisor, those executives disconnected the call. This happened to me at least 5 times. I guess it's been a norm at distv to harass the customers wherein they ask the customers to subscribe the offers such as 3ka4 and not give the service.
