vc no. [protected] there is a service provided by dishtv to customers in the name of movie on demand, where we pay for watching certain movie on a particular channel. customer also has an option wherein one can redeem the reward points earned. we earn reward points only if we pay distv on time. to my understanding i have around 1100 points, which means i have always made the payment before the due date. i have many times ordered movie on demand by calling the customer care no. of dishtv and everytime have got a confirmation that the request has been taken against my earned reward points. to my surprise last time when i ordered one movie and requested the customer care executive to adjust it against my reward points, i was told that all my previous requests have been taken against cash and not reward points. this is a clear case of cheating where commitment made to the customer is not honoured. i want dishtv to pull out all my call records where i have requested for a movie on demand and confirm this(i have been told everytime i call that all calls are recorded) i have put across this concern to dishtv customer care but no action taken. nobody even made a courtesy call. this time on 11.7.15 when i ordered another movie, my account was deducted with Rs.100 and i didnt even got the movie on my TV i want this Rs 100 refunded and also all my previous money deducted towards movie on demand to be refunded and adjusted towards my reward points Was this information helpful? | |||
